Decided to walk to a huge rock outcropping I see a few kilometers
down the beach. In the end it
turns out to be about 3 km each way.
Brilliant walk. This beach
is clean and pristine. Very little
trash and no one is using it as a toilet that I can see. Once you get to the large rock out
cropping that changes. I will end
up naming it Poo Rock. The fishing
village on the other side of it does use it as their facilities. As long as you watch your step it’s all
good. If you are into
fishing the fact that it is Poo Rock means the fishing is fantastic (gross but
true).
Walking the beach (which took hours), writing in my journal
and simply staring at the ocean took up most of the day. Had a nice dinner of chicken and rice
with a beer before falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.
